very slow processing
claims 24 hour shipping on every item bought but after 10 days still no tracking number/label created. the quality is 10/10 but if you buy YOU WILL have to wait maybe a month maybe more to see the clothes
Trash
Owner Aidan Saide literally said all orders will ship in 3 days, yet it has been almost two weeks and tracking hasn't updated. Terrible brand with misleading time frames. Other companies like darcsport and young LA ship way faster as soon as next day and I recieve packages in the same week.
Intentionally misleading advertisement
Intentionally misleading advertisement. Orders were lauded as being ready to ship in 1-3 days when in stock, and it has been over a week with no relevant update on a timeline. They’ve offered a wide range and only recently shared that there was an arbitrary cut off to make everything a pre-order. This is fraud plain and simple and they used the early shipping lie to collect orders and money before even starting production. Find other gym clothing brands.
Breathe divinity sucks!!!!
Breathe divinity sucks!!!!! Nobody knows if their order is a preorder or not, not even their athletes can distinguish if an item or order is in preorder status or in stock status. I messaged them asking abt pleats on pants and they didn’t even know what pleats were and they are a clothing company. The way their designs are printed onto the clothes feels like plastic. You’re paying designer prices for Shein/temu quality clothes and gotta wait 2 months for your order to arrive.
AVOID
Ordered a compression shirt, and it took well over a month to arrive. I sent multiple emails to the company asking where my product was, and never received an answer to any of them. Their website is ineffective. I really thought this was a scam and reported them to my credit card company. I will never recommend them or order from them again.
EXTREMELY long shipping times.
Brand is legit but just know that pretty much all orders are “pre orders”. They do include a disclaimer all the way down of the product page and “all sales are final” so yeah.. you’re going to have to wait AT LEAST a month (I’ve gotten shipments 2-3 months after I ordered) to get your orders and pray you don’t get a defective product. Also you can’t ask for a refund.
You would think a brand/company this size would have stock in hand but no. I guess they’re just greedy and don’t invest in their company.
ordered 3 pieces and all 3 got…
ordered 3 pieces and all 3 got refunded, never got
BUYER BEWARE. No Customer Service, Store does not ship items you paid for.
BUYER BEWARE
Possible Scam. Where is this store located? They don't say. They say they ship right away, but that's not true. I paid $91.11 for a pair of sweatpants on Nov. 19. It has not shipped yet and no one has responded to my email inquiries, FB message, or Instagram message even though they say they respond within one to two days. More BS. No known Customer Service phone number. Website now is password protected. PayPal payment was made to someone named Abraham Ramirez-Reyes. Who is that?
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired
This review is specifically for their customer service. They're swamped with emails, but I've found the response time, courtesy, and helpfulness is great via email. And if the experience was similar via other methods I'd be leaving a very positive review.
Their customer service on their discord server leaves a lot to be desired. They are rude to their customers, presenting a "screw you" attitude. At least the mods are that way. The affiliates are generally helpful.
Their most recent drop, this past Thursday, they had a couple major bugs.
One bug was they had a 60% discount code that was supposed to be usable by only the first three people that used it. It turned out anyone could use it. So instead of honoring the code for anyone they refunded all orders using this code. For many of these people, by the time they were notified their orders were being refunded at least some of the items they thought they had ordered were now sold out.
Another bug was one of their items, when added to a cart, caused the user to be unable to check out due to a "we don't ship to that address" error. On the discord server people were told to be patient and they'd eventually be able to check out. By the time they realized the source of this bug many people found that some of the items in their carts were now sold out. (I realized the cause of this bug and notified them, but removed this item from my cart and checked out while the other items were still available.). Once the bug was fixed we could now purchase the item. But now we had to pay for shipping, a second time. Had the bug never happened we would not have had to pay extra for shipping.
Bugs happen. Things happen. And most people, including myself, are willing to look past issues like these -- so long as the business provides good customer service to attempt to make up for their mistakes. And maybe the mistakes aren't actually the fault of anyone who works for the company. But the mistakes are on the side of the business, not the fault of the customer.
So what should BD have done?
In the first case, with the discount code issue, they should have either honored the code for everyone OR figured out a way to fulfill everyones' orders. Instead they chose neither. "Too bad, so sad" your items are now out of stock. And for some people who can't afford to place another order until after the refund is processed, they really missed out.
In the second case BD should have figured out a way to provide free shipping, either via a discount code or an after-the-fact refund. Instead they chose neither. Again, "too bad, so sad" was their response. While they still honored the regular discount codes that were honored for all orders regardless of whether it was a person's first or tenth, etc. order, they said "we don't allow stacking of discount codes; we're not going to honor the regular discount AND give you free shipping." One of the mods on the discord server even added this gem: "Use critical thinking" with a tone that he was probably calling us "dumb-(insert-expletive-here)" on his side of the screen that comes across as "screw you you stupid (insert-expletive-here)."
The general sense from the mods and affiliates was "it's not our fault (so too bad, so sad, sucks to be you)." Which maybe the bugs weren't their fault. Maybe it was the fault of Shopify (their platform). Maybe it was the fault of someone else.
BD needs to do better testing of their site before launching. Considering they open their website only once per month and have only a handful of items for sale at any one time it wouldn't be a burden to QA their site, testing adding items to their cart, checking out, using various discount codes (especially if it's a limited-use code -- test that it actually has the limited use they're imposing), etc. As another user on the discord server said, "It's not even their first drop." Nor their second. Nor their 10th, etc. They've been doing this for a long time now. They should be better prepared for launches. And if a truly unexpected bug surfaces then provide good customer service, biting the bullet if they have to.
If a restaurant gets your order wrong they'll replace it, no questions asked, and/or knock some of the cost off of the final bill. Same for any other business in any other industry. BD should do the same and hold themselves to a higher, better standard.
I like their gear. I think it's worth the cost and the hassle of being ready to purchase items as soon as their site goes live. But their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I hope they learn from things like this and improve. If they do I will happily edit this review.
no returns or exchanges
how can you be a clothing brand and not offer any exchanges or returns especially when your clothes arent cheap! Ordered a large hoodie and they stated it was oversized when I tried it on it was definitely not oversized. This company is just money hungry, how can you sell clothes that people cant even try on before buying and not offer any type of money back or at the very least an exchange
Cool designs, but not worth your money!
Overpriced gym clothing that does NOT deserve the "hype" they get from gym influencers.
They custom-make their designs and clothes which is cool, but that's one of the few good things I have to say about this brand. It took about one month to get shipped to the EU, and the customs tax did not help with their already overpriced clothing. Their sizing guide is confusing and misleading. After the first wash, my clothes shrunk a whole size, and now they barely fit. All sales are final so there is no point trying to return anything unless it's a problem on their end. They don't seem to care much about their customers.
Wasted 400$+, use your money elsewhere.
Sizing chart on website completely…
Sizing chart on website completely wrong by almost 4 inches. Bad quality and long wait times. Do not buy
Quality, Time & Money
Have bought Breathe Divinity clothing for a year at this point, what mainly brought me to the brand was their gothic style for gym rats as I am one. Have placed 4 different orders. There is a 75% chance a compression shirt will get loose stitching or hear tears when putting on/off said compression shirt. The wait was worth it at first. It wasn’t just on 1 shirt, it’s happened to 3 different shirts from 3 different drops and 1 hoodie. Reaching out to them is almost impossible and when you get a hold of someone it’s never a positive interaction unless you crack a joke about a story post. Genuinely thought the low reviews were just talk but I’ll just enjoy what clothing from this brand I have left and just stick to a 4 pack compression shirt off Amazon
Worst clothing quality ever
Bad quality ink and fabric. Recently bought a white shirt and cargo pants.First time putting it in the washing machine make most of the ink and printing to come out same for the pants. Pls use better quality. Made all my other clothes blue/black.
Good marketing
Wierd sizes, obscure pictures, wierd line of clothes but some are okay, cool designs overall. Obviously the main intent is the owner making money, as well there’s no honest reviews on it, everyone has their own code. Overall not too bad.
Shipping takes forever
Shipping takes forever. I bought a compression last drop. I thought it was high quality at first but after I washed it, the stitching became loose. They charge high unrealistic prices for cheap fabric.
Shipping takes forever
Total satisfaction, worth the wait
I’ve placed a quite a large order, read few reviews, not a lot of them were positive, even calling it scam, however seeing lot of influencer promoting this brand made me less worried. After the order was placed, there was a month of silence. The shipping itself was quite fast, however I had to deal with customs, due to shipping it to EU, quite a hassle. The quality itself is flawless. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
Good quality clothing
Good quality clothing, shipping takes a few weeks but it mentions it on the site.
