This is an amazing platform, I have been using it for two years. The most amazing point is how easily it integrates with LinkedIn, that is a game changer for me.

Breakcold silently renewed my subscription for a full year ($350+) without clear notice. When I cancelled less than a month later, they refused any refund — hiding behind their own terms and forcing me to cancel only via their app.

This is unfair and customer-hostile. Even after multiple emails citing EU regulations, their support kept copy-pasting answers and ignored the core issue.

Great product maybe, but extremely unfriendly business practices. Be very careful before you enter into a contract with them.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Breakcold. I purchased their product through AppSumo and was certain my license had been activated. However, when I later tried to access my account, it was inactive.

I immediately attempted to contact Breakcold’s support team via email, but received no response for months despite repeated follow-ups. After escalating the issue through AppSumo, I finally received a response from Breakcold, but instead of resolving the matter, they refused to activate my license.

While I understand the deal has since expired on AppSumo, this situation feels unfair and unacceptable, especially given my efforts to address it in good faith.

A product is only as good as the support behind it, and Breakcold has demonstrated a lack of accountability and professionalism in handling customer concerns. If Breakcold ever returns to the AppSumo marketplace, I strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with caution. Additionally, I would not recommend purchasing directly from their website or through any other platform until they demonstrate a commitment to supporting their customers.
