So happy with my new wardrobes from Bravo - Arthur was amazing and so helpful helping me choose the perfect products for me. Quick delivery and installation, would definitely recommend!

The Bravo Team did an excellent job, especially Vlad, who managed the entire process and made everything really easy for us. From the first visit to the final installation, everything was smooth and very quick. The wardrobe looks great and feels like good quality and solid. Highly recommended!

Bravo recently fitted a wardrobe for me, excellent service and quality is great. The team which fitted it were really professional and polite, they even cleaned up after themselves (including hoovering) and protected the timber floors. Roman was out point of contact and he was extremely responsive and professional. Great to deal with throughout. Highly recommend and will use again. Competitive price too.

Not our first project with Bravo, just had our incoming babies nursery room done and also our entrance hallway shoe unit.

The attention to detail, eye for design and customer care is second to none.

They go out of their way. We are based 2 hours away from their offices and manufacturing facilities, yet we will use nobody but them.

The quality of the product is amazing, and the prices super fair and cheaper than most quotes we received even being outside of London.

The installation team arrived earlier than we expected them, worked all day with no time wasting and breaks other than a lunch and were respectful, professional and cleaned up after they finished.

We will be back for more units soon and we appreciate the companies efforts for our little bubba!

Bravo London nailed it. They designed, supplied, and installed my fitted wardrobe plus a few bespoke pieces. Everything they did for me was on time, spotless install and really good and clear. Price was really fair too, and the end product is great quality. Exactly as I wanted.

The fitted wardrobe drawers are completely unacceptable. The drawer fronts are about 28 cm high, but the actual usable drawer boxes inside are only around 12–13 cm, so more than half of the space is wasted and the drawers are not practical to use. I raised this issue a month ago and still haven’t had a proper response or solution. Communication has been slow, unclear, and I’ve had to chase repeatedly. At this point I wouldn’t recommend this service.

Roman and the team did an excellent job. We are very happy with the cupboards we had done and will be using the team again going forward.

I used bravo for some built in furnitures in my bathroooms. The work was of very high quality and I am very happy with the end result. They first perfectly. They were very attentive to my request and were able to meet all the desired specs.

Strong recommendation

The new wardrobe matches so perfectly to my existing wardrobe that it’s almost uncanny. It looks seamless with high quality materials. Crew was in and out in less than 3 hours. Very clean and provided protective gear for my surrounding furniture and floor.

There was some initial confusion on dates of installation, but that was a minor issue. Very happy with the job and will use Bravo again. Very impressed.

I used Bravo London for the second time to have built in wardrobes fitted in two rooms. Both wardrobes were beautiful and exactly as described. Vlad was fantastic throughout the design phase, exploring multiple options and approaches with me. When it came to fitting the wardrobes, the guys that fitted them were incredibly efficient and hard working, while taking care the clean up the mess from the installation. I would highly recommend.

Support from Vlad throughout the design and installation process was phenomenal. He guides us through various designs and provided constructive feedback on our choices and helped us in reaching the bespoke design suitable for our needs. Overall fantastic experience.

Roman and his team are diligent, super easy to work with and very skilled. We cannot fault Bravo London and are beyond thrilled with our bespoke wardrobes, shelves and chest of drawers. Roman took his time to consider the space and helped guide us with suggested designs. Bravo London is very transparent and honest - I can’t recommend highly enough!!!!

This has been the best customer service I have experienced in a long while! Definitely exceeded my expectations for the following reasons:

1) Requirement gathering - Vlad was so prompt with responses. He was very patient with our constant changes as well as delayed answers, providing multiple different visuals every time we change our mind or don't like/agree the proposals. Thank you, Vlad for not giving up and coming up with the final solution!
2) Expectations setting was spot on - this includes the coordination for sending a person to take measures and for the people to assemble. Time expectations were set and they delivered earlier. My motto is 'under promise and over deliver' and this is what these guys did.
3) Quality and cleanness - I must say I have never had so clean people assembling/working. Everyone who came either had shoe covers or took shoes off. After all the work on assembly day, which included quite a lot of particles adjustments/cuts, the room was so clean, you would not think a wardrobe was just fitted in. The quality is awesome. The model Vlad suggested is exactly what I needed and the execution is perfect.
I definitely recommend this firm and it will be my go to if I need any personalized fitting.
Just as information, Bravo was one of 3 firms we called, one quit the project, because it was too complicated for them (it was a corner wardrobe, with not very favourable measures and space), the other were so slow in responding it would have taken ages to even get to a suggested model.

Bravo were excellent from price, responsiveness, consultation, all the way through to delivery. They were very attentive to our requirements and absolutley delivered. I'm very impressed with their service for our fitted wardrobes and I would highly recommend

Roman and his team were great! Good responsiveness, value, and quality. Further we really appreciated that they left the room where the installation occured cleaner than they found it. Will be using them again for other projects.
