Sämsta kundservicen jag någonsin har upplevt! Förhoppningsvis behöver jag aldrig ha att göra med dem igen! Mycket oprofessionella och extremt dyra för den service som erbjuds!

The customer care was not pleased by me talking English! Sorry I’m working on my Swedish and you clearly do understand English. After 20min on the phone with HNA to explain the issue with our kitchen oven, wich model, wich error code, I get a time. The day of the reparation the technician comes in at a different time from what was agreed, making me rush to get there. The technician also did not carry the spare parts needed and didn’t even know what was the matter in question!! After all the time talking on the phone few days earlier!! The day after comes again with the spare parts and I’ve got charge twice for him to drive to me!! To close the experience, the technician didn’t test the oven before leaving and the day after I found my self with a different issue on the reparation made! A joke, never ever recommend this company to my worst enemy!
