I purchased a product for my son's iPhone a month ago, online and in good faith. A charge was made to my credit card but to date, no notification has been received about the goods and despite multiple emails from me to this vendor, I have had no communication from them. After trying to contact them over an unshipped order 3 times, I have to turn to applying for a refund through my payment channels. DO NOT TRUST THEM! The article totally doesn’t look like…
The article totally doesn’t look like the photo! Delivery also much later than advertised… On the photo it looks like a high quality glass case. In reality it’s a cheap, plastic case that doesn’t resemble the picture in any way… It’s a cover up name for a cheap chinese company. I wanted to return it, but was too late (partially my fault, but also partially because I counted the days of my return period from when I received it, they counted from when I ordered it) but the order came a LOT later than promised, so I’m f*cked… I should have know from the photoshopped pictures and the lack of transparancy…
