Never had anything but a good experience with Brandswear. Used them for years and in all that time I think I’ve sent one item back which was refunded within 5 days. Don’t believe the poor reviews, Brandswear are absolutely legit. Just wish it take so long to get through on the phone :)

Used this company for many years, I can’t believe some of the reviews on here! I have always had a good experience from start to finish. I again ordered Monday and received the good’s Thursday. All cracking products to and really good quality clothes for half the price in the shops. Brandswear is definitely my go to at Christmas and have been for about 15 years now. Don’t believe everything you read! Try it for yourself 😊

When I placed the order I was assured delivery within 2-3 working days, well it took 6 days! Clothing is nice and for the price paid I will keep even though it was needed for an occasion that was missed.

Ordered a jacket from Brandswear as was the cheapest shop to buy from but I told them specifically I needed it urgently for a birthday present. Very disappointed to have received the jacket but it has a security tag still attached onto it! I will now need to rush and pay a lot more from a local retailer. Have been let down!

Ordered a £25 t shirt,had to pay £5 postage t shirt was dreadful so sent it back £3.20 then had £5 deducted for administration fee,£13.20 just to view a product daylight robbery.

Thanks for replying I ordered two things returned one,l will never buy from you again.I have never heard of any firm that charges a £5 administration what this money is for I can’t imagine what I can imagine is all the poor people returning for one reason or another being charged this you must be making a fortune as I said before DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.

Received a catalogue in the post, prices seemed to be good, went on website- no website ordering big red flag, checked reviews all seemed to be from people submitting only one review -red flag 2. Checked some who had posted more than one review, and they were posting 5* reviews for sites that were clearly scam sites i.e.5* reviews for cprmarket a scam, red flag 3. Order at your own risk

After the reply from Brandswear I did a little more checking of the reviews and nearly all the reviews with 2 or 3 reviews the other reviews are for scam sites -celltrack, cannabishoponline, gamemore,identify verfication solutios, cprmarket and lots for Triple Mine- between 25- 30 Nov 2020 there were 5 reviews for Brandswear all also with 5 star reviews for Triple Mine and no other company !!!!! Believe that if you want!!!!
I can find no reviews that also have reviews for the companies Brandswear mention, but then I only went back 18 mouths before getting fed-up with all the 5 star reviews
Order if you want may-be everything is fine I was going to order but have decided It's just too much of a risk

If you take time to actually go through the review they are actually all fake profiles who claim to have ordered from this company. Many of the accounts that have left reviews have either left 1 in total, the few that have left more than 1 review in different websites seem to all match previous reviews from the same website.

Trust pilot really need to look into this

I recently purchased a Stone Island sweatshirt which following enquiries with Stone Island and an approved dealer I have concerns as to whether the item is genuine.I made enquiries with Brandswear who have not really addressed my concerns. I did receive a refund for the item.

I had never heard of these and saw an advert in Instagram, still wasn't sure so used credit card for protection but the good came in a couple of days with free delivery, everything as described and great prices. Will definitely use again

Received my sweatpants but it has a hole in the back pocket and what looks to me like a security tag imprint around the hole. F***ckin Joke. Waited 2 weeks for delivery and what I get is damaged goods. Spoke to the tossers and they said they have no replacements available and to just return for a refund. Not pleased and will not shop with them again.

Received my sweatshirt but it has a tag on the garment! Garment is great and I have the prepaid label to return the item back but the issue is that Brandswear said as they do not have a tag removal so they will need to refund me back. They said that I can have a full refund on return of the item and 10% off my next order or choose an alternative. Not happy. I will try and see if I can break this tag myself without damaging the top otherwise its going back. Thanks Brandswear for the order. NOT!!!

My friend regularly shops with them so I gave them a try. Can not fault them. Delivery was super fast, remarkable prices and the Oliver Todd tracksuit is brillante.

I am sitting on the fence as i have had a great service in the past and a very bad experience.

Back in 2009 i sent some clothes back and i was waiting for a refund. I received a cheque that bounced, any documentation i sent to the company on recorded delivery they said they hadnt received even though i had the signature from royal mail showing that they had received it. I got my money back in the end but it was time consuming and frustrating. They had to refund me because i had so much evidence showing that i had sent the goods back, i have communicated with them for a refund and a copy of the bouncing cheque.

Absolutely disgusting left numerous messages which they have not got back to and still waiting for a refund from Christmas stay away from this company at all costs, Scott

Purchased my clothing in time for the New Year's Eve Party. Could not fault this company. Items purchased are 100% genuine and the prices are below that of the high street and other online retailers even when they are conducting sales. Really pleased and will shop again. Can anyone tell me if the items are real as they seem very cheap

the website to place an order is under construction but easy to place an order by phone. Very helpful adviser took the order and my goods were received well within the 5 working days stated. Great value for money and great products. Will definitely use this site again.

Placed an order with Brandswear last week and received yesterday in time for my partner's birthday. Could not ask for better. Monies are tight at present but still wanted to buy him something special without spending a fortune. My partner loves the item and keeps saying I should not have spent so much. If only he knew the truth into how much I spent:) Thanks Brandswear.

Very unfair negative feedback for this company from years ago, Firstly it's unfair because the company now has new owners and secondly the feedback is as i said Old.
My experience of Brandswear has been good so far and i would recommend them without hesitation.
They answer the phone usually within a couple of minutes, the staff are helpful and the prices are very good.

Ordered two items, one received within a few days and happy with item. Second item was said 'to follow' but have not received it and cannot speak to anyone by phone. This is the same number I placed my order on so are they not taking orders either?????
