We have never ordered anything from this company yet each month we get a charge to our credit card. We have contacted brandsaver to cancel but there is no account linked to either my email or my husbands. Do not use this company. They are no help whatsoever. We now have to cancel our credit card to stop the monthly charge
What a scam. I also never ordered or asked for the membership. The scam is operated under various brandnames. For instance Brandsaver, and Plusshop.
They really are crooks
Total fraud! They are deceiving people for auto membership and for autopay membership fee every month. I never knew that I have been paying for membership! Total fraud! Disgusting

The membership is described throughout the flow from any advertising to payment. It's described on the front page, all product pages and generally throughout the purchase process. Furthermore, one must actively accept the "Trade & Membership Conditions" by ticking a check box where "Trade & membership conditions" are underlined and thus highlighted. In addition, you have received your membership terms with your order confirmation.
