While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

This company has lied to me over and…

This company has lied to me over and over again. They constantly ask me for thousands of dollars and threaten that the USPTO is going to remove my trademarks if I don’t continue to pay them endless amounts of money. I have paid them over $21,000 and I am still not have a registered trademark.
I got a notice from an attorney today that could not even spell.
This company is nothing more that a scammer. I’m almost 80 years old and have lost everything.
Don’t use this company for anything.

SHADY people doing SHADY business.

I was under the impression that if I paid Swift Brand Mark $2500 for two applications to go to USPTO--one application for the name and the other for the logo--that I would be officially registered. Afterwards they contacted me and said that to finish the process I needed to pay another $4,250 in two days or my application would be considered abandoned by the USPTO. I told them that I needed a payment plan (although I feel that I'm being scammed) and that I can start paying in March. I haven't heard back. I'm reconsidering sending them any additional money at all and will instead call my bank to see if they can get my initial $2,500 back based on non-rendering of services.

It’s a scam

I feel Swift Brand Mark is a scammer. Tried using this company to apply for a trademark and I was told I would be required to apply to every class which is not true. Red flag. I requested a refund because I would not be moving forward and no response. Below is the part of the email with their requirement for me to pay for every class which would cost thousands. Don’t use them they are scammers.

The USPTO assigned Classes are mandatory to file as per the Search Clearance Document generated by the Trademark Electronic Search System. Each Class would be separately filed with the per-class cost of $350. Trademark Swift Brand Mark would start the filing process upon receipt of the Trademark Search Clearance Report.

Brandmark.io offers a brilliant DIY system with human service!…

Brandmark.io offers a brilliant platform for those with basic design ideas and skills.
Their AI algorithms cuts to the chase with the input of stimulus key words and ideas, desired styles and colour palette preferences. Once your narrow down your preferences from the multitude of options generated, you can further customise and configure your best choice with their inbuilt design tools. Their system is amazingly efficient.

We could seek inspiration from and explore limitless change of colour palettes, change of fonts or change of logo configuration, all done in a blink - all requests that usually take days or longer when working with an individual designer. With a background in medical publishing and brand development, we have worked with many, many designers over decades. We know the frustrations and delays in working with individuals juggling their workloads.

We even took advantage of their offer to make free changes done by them (humans involved) and were able to explore some requested tweaks that we could not do on our own.
Each time, Jack came back to us well within the 24 hours as promised, and allowed us to visualise the requested options so that we could quickly decide that the original version as generated by their platform was the best one from all points of view!

Although some of the aged reviews on this platform seem to rate down on customer service, we can only say that any past issues have been rectified and our experience of their customer service was exemplary.

Well done Jack and the team at Brandmark.io
We have already raved about you to our colleagues and will use your platform again!
