Be careful this is a scam his a scam he just want to have more fallows.

Order nearly 3 weeks ago sunglasses until today I’m waiting for the sunglasses.

I contact customer service long time ago and ask when they arrive they say 5 working days for uk I been emailing them and the last 5 days no one answer I requested my refund not even that happened.

I try to text Mr JWW on instagram no reply even put a comment in his videos. His a scam be careful people.

Ordered two pairs and both received in a timely fashion. Quality is top notch.

The most unprofessional experience I am having with @brandjww and @theproductionbunker. I have placed my order for the sunglasses on May 21st and I am yet to receive my order (today is August 10th). And the production bunker barely ever answers mails, every time I send a mail I have to do multiple follow-ups to receive an answer after 2 or 3 weeks of waiting, to tell me to wait and I shall receive my order soon.
Tracking information from shipping company was last updated 1 month ago and nothing is moving.

Bought sunglasses from JWW in late June. Unfortunately they didn't show up (cannot determine why -- police report filed and working with credit card services for reimbursement).

My low rating is due to being ignored by JWW customer service. I sent them a message about not receiving the glasses and asked if they saw any other information on their back end, since it was coming from Royal Mail in the UK to US and had to exchange delivery companies. Totally understand if there wasn't anything they could do further, but they just ghosted. Maybe my expectations are too high. Maybe they could invest in actual customer support. Probably somewhere in the middle.

Bottom line, doesn't feel good to be ignored when you throw out $130 for a product and don't receive it.
