Excellent Communication
I’m happy with the help I got from Richard Pinchen and Brand Inc Residential. I was looking for a good flat in London, but also found a good agent, professional and easy to deal with. As good as his word, Richard evidently knows the particular landlord’s practice and all his anticipations were right. With a fair share of persistence Richard provided for the great communication and interaction between the tenant and the landlord and made the whole process of renting and its technicalities smooth and prompt.

Richard was super professional and very polite person in every process. The communication was so much efficient, went to the contract smoothly and finally got settled in an amazing flat. He also helped me reacting to a different terrible agent who was harassing me. Absolutely highly recommended agent.

The process was incredibly efficient, and really competitive in terms of percentage. Jack came to view, put a listing up that night, texted me about immediate interest in a super clear mail, and coordinated 2 viewings the next day. We found great short-let tenants, who will be moving out in December. If the departure is as stress-free as the arrival, then I will be able to recommend these guys 100%. Fingers crossed....
