Amazing product and great service. Wa sin contact with Ben for the design. Printing 1000 pads took a week and then delivery was next day. Really impressed and will defo recommend and use in the future

I recently ordered some completely custom, branded pads and was really impressed with the whole process. Ben was quick to respond to my emails, answered all of my queries and made the ordering process easy. The order arrived yesterday and I am really pleased with the final product. It arrived well packaged and the quality is great. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Absolutely awful service. Nothing wrong with the products at all, but Branded Pads created a huge problem by putting the wrong address on the second part of a £400 order. They did nothing to help, just directed us to the Parcelforce customer service department. They also blamed us for providing the wrong address, claiming that they had used the address provided. They offered no further help, no replacement, no refund. They left us to sort it out claiming it was our problem. We finally recieved the parcel today, 3 weeks late, having driven a total of 180 miles to collect it. The address is incorrect on the parcel, we have checked our paperwork and the problem was definitely created by Branded pads.
Great products but its taken us untold phone calls and a day of driving to sort out the problem that they caused.

Ordered some bespoke calculation pads. Communication from Branded Pads was good, responded quickly to a couple of queries and sorted them without a problem. Price was good, and order arrived on time and is exactly what I needed. Will use again and recommend to friends and colleagues.

Having placed an order for bespoke printed notebooks in December, I was eventually told their supplier couldn't provide the service any more. Although they did offer an alternative I requested a refund as what they could offer wasn't what we wanted. This is where their customer service fell apart. Myself and a colleague of mine were told numerous times our refund would be processed, we were given a date by which they would refund it - 29th January but it wasn't received. If you call them no one ever picks up, and the 1 hour call back time they claim they'll follow doesn't happen. The chat function online does work, but members of the Branded Pads team were defensive when challenged about not processing the refund and rude. We eventually had our money refunded in the latter half of February. I would not recommend this company.

Superb service - I was desperate for some notebooks for an exhibition and tried everywhere but no-one could do them in time. I emailed Branded Pads and they responded within ten minutes, confirmed that they could do what I needed, did my artwork and confirmed the order within an hour. The notebooks arrived on time and the quality was exceptional

Worst customer service and also bad quality product with unexpected charges.

Alright quality pads arrived. However, there were a few human hairs scattered on some of the pads and little bits of torn paper which needed cleaning off every single pad cover.

Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Ordered some Moleskine books online for my new venture - the site was so easy to use and I received an artwork visual within an hour of placing my order. Once I'd approved that, I received the order a couple of days later.

I used their online chat service and it was really, really good. Thanks for all your hard work with these Branded Pads - I get loads of compliments on them and will definitely be coming back to you for a resupply.
