My service advisor was Matt

My service advisor was Matt. He is a terrific addition to this shop as he is knowledgeable, friendly and cares about your car. The Manager is Zack..Unfirtunately the diagnosis and price was incorrect. It was listed as $2800 for a PVC part, new oil pan as the drain plug was cross threaded during my last oil change.A drip began seeping from the bolt.After much discussion, photos and notes I was able to convince Zack I did not need the PVC. A new oil pan and bolt was installed and now I do not have any drips or leaks.The price was changed to become more reasonable.I have always had good service at this garage and this was a mishap. Thanks Zack for listening and making things right.
