I came for an emissions test and was in and out so quickly. I really appreciate the staff and appreciate their great service. I would go out of my way to go to this location and always get excellent service. Thank you all!
Not going to a pathetic run of the mill “brake shop” when you got middle aged weirdos being hired as managers harassing customers like a man child lol get a grip don’t give these guys a cent of your money lord knows they need it
I needed some guidance on service and rates and met Joseph at Brakes Plus, Ohio Dive, Plano. He was friendly and helpful, wanting to learn why I had stopped by and offered options without any pressure. Joseph showed me the cost of what I was selecting, costs which were lower than a quote at another place, but price was not the only deciding factor. No pressure, no up-selling, just a friendly person being open and honest with me. I’m glad that I stopped by.
