I had a good advice for my brakes. The original parts couldnt be delivered so i was adviced to buy the parts from another manufacture. The consultion was very good.

Easy to use Webshop and plenty of options to choose from, from enthusiast for enthusiast.
As I wasn't buying private, VAT got refunded right away and an invoice was issued asap, can only recommend for business buyers.
The pads, brake lines and fluid was delivered as advertised - brake lines weren't in stock,so we waited for a couple of weeks. Once they got them back in stock, everything was delivered swiftly.

I have ordered some disk brakes that didn't seem like the ones I was suppose to get, so I reached to customer service and he guided me with official links of the manufacturer and information on why the disks looked like that, aparently I got the newer generation than what I saw on other websites and youtube. I am not sure with who I was talking with as the chat didn't display his name, but the guy I spoke with was really nice and funny, he had his jokes with him :)). Compared with other companies (even the large ones) where the customer support behaves like some NPCs and have standard answers, this guy was 1000 times better than them. Is probably the first time in the past year when I felt connected with a real human :)), he actually took his time to help me. Thank you again for the great customer service.
