I received the bracket after a long wait during which time I no longer needed it. I have contacted bracket finder to return the bracket and receive a full refund. I got a reply e mailed to me stating someone will be in touch. No one has been in touch. I have e mailed back twice since. This has been ongoing for over 2 months. Bad customer services.

Still waiting on a reply to return and exchange a bracket for one that fits! Aftersales are this companies weak point. Based on my experience so far I would say look elsewhere. Only a premium number to call good ploy not to talk to customers - website down for maintenance - call me cynical !

I ordered a tv wall bracket from bracket finder only to find that it didn’t fit my television.
I returned the order and paid £9 to send it back
I received an email saying they had received my return order and I have not yet received a refund. I have repeatedly tried to contact them to no avail.
Absolutely useless company and they still have my money!! I would advise you to avoid this company at all costs

Quick service and good product and price.
I have to rate customer service 10/10 for promptly responding to my query which was actually all my error!

Not sure about other reviews, but i have had excellent service, from the webpage, to the delivery advice and receiving it a day early!!the bracket is excellent for our 52” tv, enough screws/ bolts and washers for at least two tv’s. Highly recommended

Not great. Ordered a bracket for my TV had to email to see when it would come they then replied “we meant to call you about this, it is out of stock so we can send a replacement” all good and well went with the replacement said it would be here today Friday 2/2/24 and nothing. Then got an email saying it’s being “packed” and will let me know when it’s dispatched. Tried to email sales about it no reply…not holding my breath that this will arrive.

Update: it is now due for delivery today 05.02.2024. Not happy with the £5 bill that occurred when ringing them and also one of their customer team members saying he will get back to me when he never did.

Completely sent me the wrong bracket for my tv , the spacers for the bracket on the tv actually broke and took some of the plastic with it and is now living inside the tv. Poor customer service from some guy called Joe (can’t make this up) trying to basically say it was my fault

Do yourself a favour and just get a universal bracket from curry’s in next day delivery and avoid this made up joke of a company

Can’t review my bracket as yet but when I phoned the company I have since noticed it’s a premium number and cost me £3 for couple of minutes so beware when calling

I ordered 2 wall mounts. I did receive the order on the day expected but they were delivered separately. After the teles were mounted on the wall, that is when I could tell if the tv wall mounts were right for the tele. I am happy with the purchase. I am happy with the price too, compared to other sites. The wall mounts are sturdy and strong. I will definitely order from them again

This company has many brackets and an easy to use site. Thats the positives... The negatives they use yodel. It saves them money as its the worst delivery service and it leaves you waiting with nothing but a sorry, its yodels fault. Shocker.

1st class company they have brackets for old plasma screen tv's which mine is and its heavy too the brackets are really strong and well made easy too put up they also refunded me my delivery charge because yodel missed my delivery day thumbs down to yodel but 1st class service from bracket finder. Will definitely use again

I bought a new Sony television and ordered a wall bracket. I telephoned to inquire about the bolt sizes on the rear of the Sony. First-rate advice.
The bracket was delivered in a few days, well packaged.
When I removed the old LG television from the wall I realised that the bracket was the same as the new one meant for the Sony.
I obtained a returns code and the company refunded me the cost within 24 hours.
A first-rate company!

Arrived by specified date, easy to install, works a treat.

Bought a wall bracket for my 55" Sony TV using the product selector which made things very simple and straightforward. The price was considerably lower than an equivalent from where I bought the TV, even with an offer price. Also liked the option of fixed, tilt or rotate versions of same bracket for best option to suit my needs. My TV looks great on my wall.

The website was easy to use and finding the right bracket was easy. Dispatch and delivery was quick and and the item arrived on time.

It did not fit my TV

This is a good TV bracket, holds up my 42" TV, was very easy to fix. However, I did not read the description as bought the bracket which did not have an extension arm, which would have helped with some of the cables. Still a great purchase.
