The price on the Medi Lumbamed facet was the best I could find in Canada. I rated it a four only because the brace was back ordered (which I totally understand), but they didn’t let me know for two weeks. The brace is amazing. I will order from here again.

Great experience with Brace Medical. Good customer service,they actually called me to explain a delay in delivery!! I wasn’t impressed with the Shop app,it was not very helpful, and difficult to get accurate tracking info. Their focus was more on selling me something.

This appears to be an honest company. My order was promptly filled, but not received due to a probable shipper malfunction. I was contacted congenially and received a refund.

I ordered a DonJoy Shoulder Sully brace in medium. Although, there was an order confirmation email, I never received any shipping information or tracking updates. The brace eventually did show up within the stated delivery timeframe when I was checking out, but the communication was lacking and I didn't know if the brace was going to arrive or not.

Once I received the shoulder brace and tried it on, I realized it didn't fit optimally and because of this I could tell it was not going to provide the support I needed for snowboarding. I emailed the customer support and asked if I could return the brace. After a few days I got a response providing a return address but no shipping label. The website's refund policy states that the company will provide a shipping label for items that have been accepted for return. I replied to the email copying and pasting the exact paragraph from their online Refund Policy and asked for a shipping label, but the response told me no shipping label would be provided and that customers are expected to pay out of their own pocket for returns.

Buyer beware: Brace Aid Medical Supply does not honour their own refund policy. Find another medical brace provider and don't waste your money.
