Not recommend. Many people on the forums speak about their annonymously or offshore hosting/domain provider, but better don't trust them guys. I've been paid for domain and it was blocked by icann so I asked in support why the dns doesn't change etc.. they said I need to provide a real identity documents/id.
So I lost 45$ in btc because they offer a offshore/anonymously offers but they a lie. Scammers nothing else to tell..
