Ive bought a few of their knives & generally they're ok, but their customer service is terrible & good luck if you need to contact them. They just will not engage with ur emails no matter what the problem is (I've tried for a few different issues)
I wont be buying from them again
DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM BPS KNIVES
Bushmate 2.0 is great but arrived with bits missing and so far they have not replied to any of my emails
Very fine knives. The delivery was delayed because of a problem with the custom clearance. Otherwise the delivery (from Ukraine) would have been fast. Bpsknives solved the problem. Thank you!
Excellent customer service with fast replies etc. I was amazed at their low prices & thought their products could not be that good quality, but after researching & finding all positive reviews of BPS Knives I ordered a custom handmade knife & it's quality is par none. The leather sheath fits perfect & is beautifully made, even the stitching. ALL shipping COSTS were included so no nasty surprises, unlike other items I've ordered from abroad. I cannot recommend this Ukrainian knife company enough, have a look for yourself at bpsknives.com
