My experience has been great from day one. Partnering with Sawera and collaborating closely to bring my vision to life has been incredibly rewarding. Together with Hafsa and our new team member Mishi, we’ve built a strong foundation to streamline our search process and grow our team efficiently. It’s been a positive, collaborative journey, and I’m excited about what we’re continuing to build together.

I'm writing simply to express my thanks, appreciation and satisfaction with the service I am receiving from BPO but specifically Alishba. She is a pleasure to work with and has been doing a very good job helping me and Hiring Solutions. She is attentive, thoughtful and patient. I have a number of personal items sometimes taking my attention away from the business but she takes it in stride, always smiling. It's a pleasure to be working with her.

Overall it's been a good experience working with the BPO wizard team. The team as a whole is very easy to work with and attentive to any situation that might arise. We primarily use them for sourcing and the lead quality has been good. I'd recommend the team at BPO if you are looking for a little extra sourcing help.

In my 20+ years in recruiting I have never worked with a external researcher. Very quickly in working with BPO and my researcher Asma, they started to provide me targeted lists of hiring managers and specific decision makers in the areas that I specialize in. They were also able to help me get ramped up quickly in executing email campaigns in PCR and creating specific sequences. I wish I would have started working with Asma and BPO years ago.
