i give a 5 star for 3 raison :

first one boyueda-support answer fast to my mail less than 24h after i send it that actually a very good thing

the second one it's because the support ask me a second time if i'm sure it was the package i order so for me that a very good point to be sure i get the good stuff and not a second mistake after taking to much time to send me my package

the third its' easy, i have a boyueda Q7 pro max with 2500km and that insane one i love, i got one probleme with water but it's my fault 4 month every day i take with rain... so now i only have to change the bearing soo that fine

The scooter is in impeccable condition, but it arrived with problems. I bought the equipment new, but it came with marks as if it were used, with scratches and dents on the front suspension. The rear disc was bent, causing handling errors when braking. Regarding the shipping company, they didn't handle the scooter carefully, as if the package had been dropped, causing the damage to the disc. Besides that, they could have informed me that international shipping was also charged, since they advertised free shipping.
