You went wrong that's what,, I was betting on you mobile app for 50 months you said and now I'm not. I sent on your request statements then you eventually responded and said I need to send that again only pdf then that wasn't enough you go on to ask for my other empty account where I receive my monthly income. Which goes by me into another account you know of which I transfer bet for a sport you have on your betting app. Do you recall you want only the statements that are from the bank I use to place bets . I know this is not going to mend the trust any more as you have stopped my account before I did You did that. I am upset with also the customer service manager Leon as he was being pleasant as he could knowing he was finger on the button to kill my activity as you know you had a winner most of the bets I did . Slow payout, poor customer service
Slow payout, poor customer service (was waiting on chat for 2hr before an agent joined), odds aren’t competitive. Just lots of negatives but the icing on the cake that made me delete my account is not honouring BOG on a horse race when the bet was placed at 7:50am when their cutoff is 8am. On ROYAL ASCOT of all events.
The difference? £35… for a £300m+ turnover company to not do a bit of good customer service when I’ve spend thousands with them
Well, jokes on them, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

No cash out! Avoid! Very poor bookmaker
Look this not about sour grapes, I know the risk you take when you placed bets. Placed an accumulator via the FOBT machine in the local shop for 4 games at the World Cup first three up and the bet was running for £1562 with one game to go. I scanned the bet on the bet tracker obviously to keep an eye on the bet throughout with one game to go I was offered a measly £240 and thought I would keep going and see how I fare during the game because I would expect that as the game went on and the game was a draw the cash out would grow
However, as soon as the game kicked off the cash out disappeared and never appeared again. Look I lost and that’s it, however, the cash out option shouldn’t be offered at all if they are going to manipulate it the way that they do. Very disappointing
Also as a side note, the options available for bet builders on the machines is also shocking. Selective players only markets, compared to other bookmakers who they have far more options

The reactivation of my account
The reactivation of my account was quick (same day). This required some documentation/ verification which was easily addressed. I had chosen to take a break from the site and upon checking if my account was still active, found that supplying the documents easily reactivated it. Boyle sports also 'checks in' on me regarding time on gaming and I have set my own financial limits. Always set your limits based on time and financial ability.
