From the initial quotation through to the completion of the job I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Boyland Windows.

Shane came out and measured up and remained a point of contact for us throughout. The design work (which we hadn't even considered) due the non standard shape of our windows was quite frankly amazing and far exceeded our expectations on what the finished product would look like.

Griff and Mike (fitters) did a fantastic job installing the windows and were meticulous in their attention to detail and were spotlessly clean and tidy throughout.

It is also worth mentioning the ongoing customer service following some snagging work has been fantastic also, no quibbles, just arranged a fitter to come and resolve.

We had a glass conservatory roof replaced with a solid roof. We are really pleased with the work done and finish. Job was completed on time and the team completing the work were fantastic. Pricing was competitive and there were no hidden surprises. would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with both product and service. Everything was carried out on time and in line with quotation. The fitters were great and were always helpful and polite, dealing with all the finishing touches we asked for quickly and effectively, and always with a smile. The result is outstanding and just what we wanted, modern windows and door, but fitting in with our 1930s house.

We used Boylands to refurbish our conservatory having previously used them to replace all of our UPVC doors and windows.
The team are excellent. The fitting team arrived early each day, were extremely courteous and worked hard to get the job completed on schedule. We were kept fully informed as to what was going to happen and when and the quality of the work was excellent.
Each night they took care to tidy up which was much appreciated.
Simon visited regularly to check on progress and to make sure that we were happy with the work.
There were a couple of small extra jobs that they undertook without question and the final build exceeded our expectations and looks fantastic.
The fitting team and sub-contractors who undertook the electrics, plastering and roofing were all top class and we would have no hesitation in using Boylands again, or recommending them to friends or family.

Boyland Windows replaced 5 windows of my bungalow. Shaun and Chad did an excellent job in the cold weather conditions. They took extra care not to damage the plaster when removing the windows which I was particularly concerned about beforehand. On completion the site was cleared of all debris and taken away, and all the rooms involved hoovered. All staff involved in the process from beginning to end were extremely helpful and courteous. I was completely satisfied with the finished work which was as per quotation plus a lifetime guarantee. I cannot fault this trader in any way and highly recommend them for new windows.

My whole experience with this company was brilliant. Quote was honest with no hard sell techniques, the Fitters Griff & Anthony were hard working , tidy and polite.The office were also polite and nothing was ever a problem. I recommend you use this company because on top of this they were competitively priced.

The quote was done thoroughly and detailed on the initial visit with absolutely no suggestion that we place an order with them.
The fitters were brilliant at their job, clean and tidy and communicated well every day, came exactly when they said they would and charged exactly what we agreed.

I have recently had my house renovated which included having all the windows replaced at the front of the house and the front door. Having had a very poor experience last year with a window company who did the rear windows, Boyland were a breath of fresh air and were a pleasure to deal with, their price was fair and all staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend.

From the very beginning of our journey with our windows ( and it was- with Covid and planning complications), Cliff, Janet and the team, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly professional and knowledgeable, and so friendly, with every communication being dealt with efficiently and quickly. We had wood sash windows for the front of the property due to the conservation area, and a huge sliding door, and other windows at the back. This area is exposed to extreme weather and we are also on the first and second floor, so not an easy job. We are so pleased with the final look, and thank you so much for your patience and support.

Gary the fitter was excellent. Extremely polite and a very tidy workman. Arrived on time. If I could I would give him 11 out of 10. He went the extra mile!

Boyland were great from start to finish. Really helpful and Mel in particular was brilliant (and endlessly patient!) when we couldn't decide what window to put in our bathroom. The only reason we didn't give 5/5 was because there was some confusion about the fitter finishing off the windows, but when we clarified what we wanted they came straight back and it all now looks fabulous. Great windows, great service.

Had a number of windows replaced, including a large bay window and Sean and Mike were excellent to deal with. Very professional and clean.
Latterly had uPVC window boards fitted in the conservatory, and Shane did a great job.
Next up is a new porch.

Genuinely thoroughly pleased with everything about our experience with Boyland. Accurate pricing, ontime, quality workmanship, tidy, good communication, friendly and helpful staff from management to office to fitters. The work done has transformed tired and shabby to really smart looking and really good quality. I've watched other properties have cladding slapped over old render but Boyland did it properly - stripping the render, insulating, waterproof membrane and proper venting so I'm confident we won't have issues in years to come. All round great job, will use again and recommend to anyone
