Bought two make your own boxes for my Mum and Dad as they were both poorly and they loved them. Really like the option of being able to make your own gift and choose the contents.

Website is easy to navigate. Delivery is swift and efficient. No complaints from me! I now buy gifts from Boxtree after a friend gifted me and I was thrilled to receive such a beautifully wrapped and fabulous gift.

A bit complicated
The ordering process wasn’t straightforward for me but it got sorted with the auto chat I found the website a bit jumpy. The box a thank you to a friend arrived quickly and she was pleased with it. I cannot comment on the quality of the contents as I did not see them
