Excellent customer service, website could be simpler
Excellent customer service and beautiful gifts, well received by all recipients which was lovely. The only confusing thing I found in placing my order was registering my own address and then selecting a different recipient's address. One parcel was duplicated and sent also to my home address.

The lemon drizzle flapjack tasted and smelt quite strong to the level of eating a lemon cleansing wipe from KFC. Not nice at all.
The chocolate was lovely.
The wine gums, tasty but too few. (6 tiny cubes)

I am sorry to read this Artur. Our products are carefully selected from independent businesses, and I can see your gift box contained items from 5 separate companies, which you will rarely find in a supermarket. They were also hand wrapped and placed in a gift box designed to fit right through your letterbox.
It was ok
It was ok, the only thing in the box that I actually liked/ enjoyed were the teabags. The dried mango tasted like dust and the popcorn bar wasn’t great. Was rather disappointed.
The presentation of the treat box was great and quick delivery.

I understand that it’s a holiday period but delivery was stated to be within 48 hours, yet as of today (96 hours later), I’ve still not received nor been given indication of delivery time and date.

I can see from your order details that our courier service attempted to deliver your parcel yesterday but no one was in to collect it.
You should have received a calling card through your letterbox which will enable you to go and collect your gift box from your local post office.

We received the family festive gift box as a gift. Everything in it was great. We especially liked the bottled baking brownie kit. Even mum was impressed with the results and she’s in the WI!
