My shipment was slightly delayed but the people at Boxraw made an effort to keep in touch and follow up with the carrier(s). Great customer service and the Impello 2.0 boots are incredible.

Honestly, my experience with Boxraw has been terrible.

I placed an order that never arrived, and instead of helping solve the issue, their customer support kept pushing responsibility elsewhere and giving me no real solution. What’s even more unbelievable is that it has taken almost half a year just to start the process for a refund.

As a customer, you expect a company to stand behind their orders and help when something goes wrong. Instead, I lost time, money, and a lot of patience dealing with this situation.

Really disappointed with the lack of support and the way this whole situation was handled.

Great quality gear. The materials feel very premium and the designs are perfect for training. Shipping was smooth and everything arrived well packaged.

If there’s one thing to improve, it would be making the return process a little quicker and simpler. Overall though, very happy with the products.

These Boxraw garments are truly beautiful and pleasant to the touch, breathable, and exceptionally well made and tailored. They feature eye-catching and motivating graphics. I believe Boxraw is a brand destined for great things.

I had some issues with package delivery but the customer service was very efficient and informative. They updated me every step of the way and ensured I received my order. Plus, the gear looks great and is of great quality. Highly recommend.

This is already the umpteenth time I’ve ordered from Boxraw! I own multiple pairs of their pants and T-shirts, as well as their boxing shoes. I’m genuinely impressed with the quality — everything feels premium and durable.

I also ordered pants for my wife, and she absolutely loves them too!

The products are very nice of course and the inside package there is something nice. I love the special card on the box fighters. I usually displayed on my work desk, then my work motivation is moving up!!

I exchanged my BOXRAW shoes from size 8 to size 9. I only tried them on to check the fit and inspected them for defects on the same day. The shoes were immediately packed back into their original box exactly as they were before. I even took photos and sent them to customer support — they replied that I shouldn’t worry and thanked me for the detailed information. I also sent them the receipt confirming the shipment.
However, my request was later ignored, and when I contacted them again and provided the receipt, they claimed there was a “defect” which they said I had caused, and because of this they refused to send a replacement pair. The situation seems very strange and unpleasant.
Instead, they offered me store credit, which felt like aggressive marketing. I agreed only because I was left without shoes and without my money.
I genuinely like BOXRAW products, but this kind of customer service is disappointing. I hope for more attentive treatment of customers and a fair resolution of such situations.

Still great online store and Training Equipment. The new and limited collabs with Ring are awesome.....customer service is outstanding as well. thumbs up for quality and their support for our boxing community!

cool products I want to keep purchasing

I buy from them regularly and although a bit pricey, the quality of the clothing is high above other “fast fashion” brands/stores so I would say it is worth the investment. For years I haven’t had any issues but this most recent order it got lost; it was NOT boxraw’s fault (it was USPS’s fault) but Meg was so kind and helpful and timely in her responses. They ended up refunding me the full amount even though the fact that I did not receive my package was not their fault. Customer service has always been responsive and satisfactory, but this going above and beyond has definitely left me feeling cared about as a consumer.

Ordered the ring magazine manny pacquiao oversized T-shirt I did downsize one I’m a medium & I ordered the small & im very glad I did as they are a big fitting! Brilliant quality of a T-shirt & I will be ordering more for sure!

Top was brilliant quality although I did down size once I’m a medium & I ordered a small & im glad I did as the oversized T-shirts are big!
