I ordered 24x24x24 sized pack double wall box of 10 packs on arrival, the boxes were smaller than my specification. On contacting the company, I was told that, they didn't have the exact size and the difference is only about 10 milliliters squar? So many centimeters smaller than my order but still wouldn't reduce the price despite the smaller than, I ordered size but, still that's not the size that I ordered which I paid more for
I couldn't return because of my bad shoulders so hard trying to repack boxes after cutting off the banding to check the smaller sizing so,
Beware and call them to verify that, have your preferred size before you buy from them

Had a nightmare on amazon with delivery and comms, ended up being returned to sender after being sent to a completely invented address. Contrastingly Boxomatic were easy to reach on the phone and delivered earlier than estimated.

The cardboard quality is very poorly
The cardboard quality is very poorly. I ordered 2 walled boxes (5 layers of paper) but it's sturdy is the same as the single wall boxes have. Very sad! I had similar boxes before and I changed the supplier to improve this situation, but these are even worse. So, be careful if you have something fragile.
