The Conchi Cava blush was so nice. Will definitely purchase again . Looking forward to better weather and cava in the garden.

Fast delivery, nice presentation

Wines sent were really nice. Only since its a subscription i would like info about what to pair wine with and a way to say what we liked and didn't like to make each month better.

I had specifically asked for the wine to be delivered on a certain day as a 40th birthday present. It didn’t arrive until the following day. And I asked on the following day would it be delivered today but I got no reply.

Value of the bottles did not quite match the price of the subscription

The product itself is good, but the package never even showed up until after I reached out to support a week after it should have arrived. I buy this as a present for my parents every year but since this missed their birthdays by a week I'll be reconsidering next year

Approaching three weeks since ordering now, no wine and no apology or even acknowledgement of the delays

I ordered on 20th Dec with a 2-3 day business delivery. Its now the 4th Jan and it still hasn't arrived. Ive messaged the info@ email address and got nothing back. Ill be requesting a refund from my credit card company

Super easy ordering service, great communication and an excellent subscription idea to get two unknown bottles of wine to enjoy. First two bottles were exceptional, perfect delivery and a great service overall. Looking forward to next months wines already.

Great wine from the Uco Valley

Placed order on 30/5/25 to be delivered on 12/6/25 as it is a Fathers day gift. No delivery arrived on 12/6/25 despite receiving a text that day to say it was scheduled for same day delivery. It is now 2pm on 13/6/25 and tracking is still saying that it has been collected but is not showing out for delivery. Today is Friday it is meant as gift for Sunday. When I emailed to chase it I was told that the delivery was delayed and the courier SHOULD be able to deliver it by Sunday. Very poor customer service wont be ordering again.

I ordered and paid for 6 bottles of wine on April 27th. By the 6th of May I have received nothing and no response even though delivery is stated as 2-3 business working days. I tried contacting them via email and insta but no one has gotten back. Really poor service.

Updating this now.
I received an email a couple of weeks later offering next day deliver or money back. I got them to send the wine and received it the following day.

Delighted with wine, minor delivery problem but Neil is a good communicator and sorted it promptly.

Really liked the selection
