Drastic Decline in Support
I've had Boxne for just over 2 years. In the beginning it was good. If I had an issues it was resolved quickly without issues. However, that has changed at some point. I have been locked out of my account since April 14th and have not been to get a response from tech support to resolve the issue. I have opened multiple ticket some of which have been closed according to them but proided no help in resetting the password or accessing the account. Response time is 2-3 per comment from tech support.
The website still claims 24 x7 x365 tech support. When I questioned that they said you have to pay for that now. But as of today its on the home page.
