Brilliant company

Brilliant company, bought two different sized boxes off them now and brilliant service each time, fast dispatch and sizing is exactly as stated, my now go too for my boxes.

Missing Order NO REFUND!

I purchased two boxes of polypropylene bags from Boxes2u. Unfortunately, one of the boxes was missing 100 pieces. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company via email and their online chat service, I have received no response. It has been over two months since my initial inquiry, and I am still awaiting a resolution.

This lack of customer service is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would advise potential customers to be avoid purchasing from this company. and existing customer to check if they have recieved the correct amount
