I haven’t used the service but I wasn’t able to get answers to my questions neither over email nor via WhatsApp. Instead of that I am bombarded with calls 4 times a day and I just don’t want to talk. Shame.
They answered all my many questions. They called the day before the pick up to make sure I’d be there. They made sure they were there at 8 AM because I had a doctors appointment scheduled later on. The three guys that came to an excellent job. Very polite very efficient. I have used storage and moving companies in the past and none have been even close to this good.
Victor was a great professional! He was polite, smiley, kind and quick to help with everything, his team members: Daniel and Javier were great!! Very quickly they helped with everything and had a smile the entire time, loved the great experience, thank you so much team!
Ruben’s team was very professional and friendly.

Excellent service. The call centre team had been so very helpful in assessing the required space for my needs. The pickup team did an amazing job with dismantling and packing everything carefully and very efficiently. I was impressed that they efficiently managed to do all the work with in 1 hour. Highly efficient and professional team.

I had a horrendous experience with this company. Kept trying to push a bigger space and took a deposit with a subscription mode without even informing me. Then took €50 from my account without telling me. Be careful

We have dedicated a transport team to pick up your things and as you did not let us know that you wanted to cancel, we could not dedicate this team to another customer.
As our terms and conditions stipulate, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice we will charge you 50€.
We hope you understand that this is a waste of time for us. We are sorry that the experience was not to your liking.
