Fantastic after sales service and support
I purchased a hairdryer from Bownest and, although there was a mistake with my order, the way they handled it was so impressive that I’m almost glad it happened! Their responses were incredibly prompt, the original order and replacement were both dispatched quickly, and every interaction was friendly, kind and genuinely helpful. They fixed the issue almost immediately and went above and beyond to make sure the resolution was more than satisfactory. It’s rare to come across customer service this good, and I’m truly appreciative of how they handled everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Bownest again and would highly recommend them.
