Ordered an item nearly 100EUR, that came damaged. A week on from sending emails to every Tintin email address I can find, I have only had an automated, "we have received your email" response. Very poor service from a retailer I thought I could trust. Maybe ok for paper products, cut any problems your on your own
I saw a Tintin litography in the store in Belgium and contacted the store after returning to Denmark. We arranged the order via mail, and after transferring the amount to their account they shipped it with FedEx free of charge. Thank you so much François! You were a great help. :)
