Perfect but

Good product, but online payment and delivery could be better.
I bought a nice carbon House MD walking stick. I am very pleased with it.
The website was okay, but it wouldn't accept any of three bank cards all of which work perfectly on EU and US websites. In the end I had to use PayPal.
It would have been a five star review, but for the €30.25 postage cost within the EU. The walking stick us really light, so either the courier are ripping the company off, or they ripped me off.

I ordered a cane from Cannes Fayet. Track & trace went well, and I was especially impressed with the care given to the packaging. The cane is a beautiful product.

Would receommend
Quick and easy order and delivery. Although I would suggest going for the cheaper delivery if you like outside France, the extra cash won't make it go quicker.

Sorry for not being able to answer in French. But even as foreigner I was able to place order through English version of website without any problems. Quite impressed by number of international shipping options. Item was handed over to shipping company immediately and arrived within 5 business day since placing order. Well packed without any shipping damage. As far as I can be a judge, excellent build quality. Locking mechanism seems both smooth and sturdy. I am impressed by your company and would recommend it.
