Mother’s Day redo
I received a Mothers Day bouquet that did not fare well in transit and was a disappointment when I opened the box. I had had enough of experience with Bouqs to know that the delivery was not up to their standards so I sent a note with photos. Both women I have dealt with bent over backwards to make it up to me in a bigger way. Very impressive customer service!

Gorgeous Flowers! I love buying from Bouq's. I've ordered flowers for my mom and my grandma. Each order arrived on time and was well worth the money. I highly, highly recommend Bouq's for ease of flower order and for competitive price for what you receive. Usually my flowers from here last forever.

Bad quality
Many of the flower heads were broken and they were not properly cleaned. I ordered 1 bouquet but it came in 2 parts not assembled with some of the flowers being wilted after bringing them in immediately after delivery.

Replacement flowers
Some of the flowers I received for Mothers Day had the rose buds dying. I contacted the company sent a picture. They answered me promptly and made me pick out other flowers of my choice. Beautiful bouquet which made me smile.
