I had an excellent shopping experience. The quality and size of the Sascha Handbag Brown are truly very good and exactly as expected. The bag feels well-made and practical for everyday use.
Customer support was also outstanding — they were very responsive, helpful, and answered all my questions clearly and professionally.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend this brand.
I ordered items from Bounir, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The company refuses to provide a return label despite multiple requests. They do not answer emails, Instagram DMs, or even the return request submitted through their own website.
There is absolutely no customer service, and no way to resolve issues directly with them. The only way to get my money back is through a credit card chargeback.
Do yourself a favour and do not ever buy anything from Bounir. Save your time, money, and frustration.
I had a very disappointing experience with Bonir. The quality of the item I received was far below my expectations, and when I tried to return it, they completely ignored my requests. I had to escalate the issue with my credit card company just to get any response. The return process is extremely difficult, and I would not recommend buying from them.
I have bought laptop case which is average quality which is okay, I need to return it and I tried to contact them about the return over social media I have tried to send emails and week later still waiting for response! I’m hoping they reply in here so I can finally return item before it’s too late!
Very nice design for an affordable price. Quick and easy delivery and I love my laptop case.

As mentioned above, we completely agree that the first version of our phone cases from 2020–2023 did not meet the standard we aimed for, and this was something we actively worked to improve.
Since then, we have changed factories and now produce absolutely beautiful cases with incredible quality. The case itself is now fully wrapped, which is the best option for both vegan and animal leather <3
Beautiful designs but very poor quality.
My iphone case started getting damaged after 4 weeks. The edges of the case start falling to the point that you can see the plastic underneath.
