I opened an email from Matt last week saying my business would be accepted for some funding. I filled in a few details (very basic) and the next morning he called me. He didn't just call me he told me I had already been guaranteed for a loan! it was so easy! when the paperwork came it was through Funding Circle. I did call them and check some things. but all looked good and the money was in my account this week. So is the interest rate great? no it isn't- but I have a list of every single payment to make split between the loan payment and the interest to pay. I also know I can pay this loan off at anytime - no extras. So for me - everything was really transparent. Every step of the way. Business can be tough and sometimes we have to take the options offered. This was perfect for me right now. A great customer experience. Thanks Matt.
