I have got two of these lights for my two bikes and up until now I have been very happy with them. I agree that the light switch is very sensitive and is easily switched on when removing it from the bike.
This isn't a deal breaker me though.
Up until now I have been very happy with the product and the after sales service, however both lights seemed to fail at the same time where they just stopped working.
Obaidah was excellent and asked me to send both back where he diagnosed that the USB connection had developped a fault on both. This can only have been caused when connecting the cable, so something to watch out for. Both units were repaired and I am very happy with the service offered.

Speedy delivery of this, my second light for my second bike. The quality and function is excellent in respect of this well designed product, which has so far, met my expectations.

Torch is very bright. Alarm unlikely to go off unless someone was stealing the bike. Advice re fitting arrived very quickly.

Delivered promptly and well packed. The light is brigh enough to use in daylight on the high flask setting and the product is well thought out, including the instruction leaflet.
The light was easy to set up and the alarm is loud and effective. Obviously, one would use it with agood lock, as the instructions suggest. It would easily alert the owner if they were in a cafe or pub and someone tried to cut through a good D lock.all round, so far, an excellent product.

This is a solid, well made and well designed alarm. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is not too sensitive but sensitive enough that if the bike is moved it activates but it isn't triggered by the wind. It makes enough noise to wake up the neighbours! Fitting was no problem, a little fiddly to start the jubilee clip but once engaged easy to tighten up. It seems to be robust although I haven't tried a hammer on it! I am not sure that I would want to pay the Amazon price of 125 quid but you can get a discount with a code from one of the cycling magazines if you buy it on the Bouh website. Neat and tidy design and comes with what must be the best quality USB cable I have ever come across.

As an owner of an eBike I really liked the idea of a combo light/alarm. Good idea but poor execution of design. Three problems.

PROBLEM 1: light ON switch is very sensitive. Result is you put it in a pocket and it will turn ON and you won't know that until you feel the heat generated by the light. You then go to use it on your bike and the battery is flat. There is a DIY fix (involves dismantling the light) to resolve this problem but in practice it does not solve the problem.
PROBLEM 2: The light will shake loose from its mounting and fall off the bike. It happened numerous times to me and in traffic this is not what you want. It is also highly distracting when this happens and puts you in a dangerous situation. There is no fix for this. It is simply poor design. However, the light is tough surviving numerous 'offs'.
PROBLEM 3: Don't allow any water to penetrate that part of the light permanently mounted to the handlebars. If it does the alarm will sound and not be silenced! I felt stupid riding my bike with the alarm blaring attracting the wrong looks!

The light is now removed from my bike. Tried contact with the supplier and no response. I want a refund this product is not fit for purpose.

In summary. Great idea. Poor design. Shame.

Very please with this product easy to fit and use, had a problem when I dropped a screw holding the security plate, could not find it, rang customer service they could not have been more helpful, they sent me a replacement by first class post, could not be happier.

Generous Black Friday reduction. So, I bought two, one for each of my two eBikes.
The torch/alarm is beautifully presented in an exquisite box and is nicely made. Looks very exclusive and, along with the components, has a quality feel and look. Easy to fit. All the tools needed are supplied in the box.
However, a slight glitch in this respect as on one of the alarms a raised lip on the alarm casing was too high and prevented the torch from sliding fully home. Quickly rectified using a needle file. Job done.

Purchasing from Bouh has been a fantastic retail experience. Customer service has been brilliant and the product itself is superb!

Bit surprised by the gushy reviews to be honest. Looking at the light first. Its ok on main beam but compared to my Lifeline Pavo the beam is too diffused and not that strong. The second beam is only really good on well lit streets and the third I think pointless. The flashing modes are both ok.
Moving onto the alarm (which is why I really got this). It is quite loud (even standing next to it with ear defenders on) but it took quite a lot of shaking to activate it perhaps more than the average bike thief would.
The unit was quite easy to fit but the fitment method is essentially a jubilee clip with a rubber cover. Cutting that would not take long even if at the cost of damaging the handle bars cosmetically. I would not entrust my bike to just this as protection.
Would I pay £95 for it, absolutely no way. At the Cycle UK price of £75 its ok and a good concept but its flawed in some respects so I would not buy another.

Excellent build quality and the alarm is the loudest i have found installed it on my main bike as a trial and then brought another two. I give it 5 stars

Well impressed by this light and the quick service I received. I think I will b able to giv a better review when this Winter is over and i will obviously have used and re-charged the light many times. But, a big 👍 so far.😊🙏🚴‍♀️🧗‍♂️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Good Product that does exactly what I was looking for, and nothing similar available on the market.

I asked for 2 alarms and one light as I switch between my 2 bikes frequently. So far so good. I can leave one bike fully alarmed in my garage and use the other one as required and arm the alarm whenever I leave it unattended. The light is very powerful and powers up the alarms as promised.

Recommended. After sales-support first class. I had a couple of issues- both sorted speedily and without any fuss.

near perfect piece of kit only problem I have is the torch slides off the alarm module quite easily, putting it back and aligning with groove on torch to the alarm slot is quit difficult it will slide on and not make the grooves several attempts needed

Very happy with this purchase - needed something in addition to my 2 x D locks and cable to deter would-be thieves...feel this will do the job, plus provide a great light at the same time!
