I ordered the foam and the gel on 28th April, and as of 12 May all I’ve had is a notification saying my foam is on the way (to be clear that’s just one of the things I ordered). The delivery partner are claiming they’ve not received anything. Customer services at Boucleme have an auto-reply on their email saying they can’t reply quickly because it’s a small team and this is a correct warning. However, my view is that their choice to under resource their team shouldn’t become my problem when they don’t fulfil my order. The team did come back to me after a few days but only to say they would look into it. That was last week.
So bad!

I haven’t managed to use the products ordered yet as they still haven’t arrived. Suppose to be on 48 hour shipping but 10 days after ordering I don’t have my products but they have taken my money! Emailed but told had to wait …..
still waiting and no products no money back and no more contact with them!
Won’t order ever again as it seems I’ve lost my money !!

There was an error with my order but Boucleme were quick to rectify it & sent me the right product immediately.

First of all Bouclemes packaging was literally perfect. It made me even more excited to open my gift from them! After opening the products I went around my house and had my family smell all of the products because they smell amazing. They have a product for any part of my routine and I have enjoyed adding them into my daily routine. The super hold styler and the revive hair oil are my favorite.

I loved my results from these products. Every thing is made from natural ingredients that’s aren’t trying to strip out my hair. The smell, the volume, feel, and shiny made me feel beautiful.

I was pleased with the products - I've struggled finding the right products for my curls. Bouclème managed to keep my curls tight, shiny and soft. What more can you ask for?

I absolutely love these products! Unfortunately in this package, the gel leaked a tiny bit; it's the first time I've ever had anything like that happen with the packaging, and it's the third time I have ordered. Nothing makes my curls pop quite like Boucleme!

I didn't receive my pump for my hair gel. Ordered it, paid for it, see it on receipt, but did not receive it. That blows because I got a reminder to put it in my cart multiple times. Other than that I'm happy with the product. It's just a huge bottle to have to tilt for use

I am loving this gel!!! Perfect curls with it. Great hold. Mild crunch that scrunches right out. It’s a keeper for sure!

I absolutely love this brand now. My hair was so manageable and easy to detangle. My hair was soft and healthy looking. I love it’s lightweight scent.

I haven't tried the products yet, my review is in terms of the online purchase experience. I've purchased form other UK based brands as flora and curl and the shipping process was way more effective and also free. Within a week I had my products. My boucleme order still hasn't arrived and there is no estimated date of delivery.

This product is amazing! I purchased the Best of Boucleme set. I used the intensive moisture treatment for my conditioner, the curl cream and then finished with the super hold styler. My curls are soft, frizz free, and well defined. My hair is around 2b/c and very damaged from bleaching, coloring and straightening. My only “complaint” is the fragrance. It’s kind of herbal which I don’t care for but the results are worth putting up with it! I’m definitely going to purchase the full size products.

The products and support were absolutely fantastic! Boucleme worked wonders for my curls!

I love these hair products and am pleased Boucleme now has a US subsidiary. I would try to find the products at various online shops or order direct from Boucleme UK but prefer to order direct.

The protein drops are a gift from heaven! They make my curls come ALIVE with my fine, low-porosity hair. Six drops in my gel (the last think I put on my hair before I diffuse it) and it's the curliest it's ever been! I'm hooked!
