They don't respond to emails. The hats are big and massive and not very attractive looking. I've been trying to return this for over a week, no response. Can you please respond to my email? I have sent multiple. I would not recommend.

They were very responsive when I was worried that one item was not included in my order (two different shipments). Everything was settled and I was happy with my purchase.

No answer from your side after buying for 14O Euros of products. Hair remains dry and difficult to detangle

I bought the 30 days waves kit and I’m very impressed! My waves are softer and more defined. I can go till day 4 before washing again with just a little refresh on day 3.

I love these products…can’t be without the Superhold Styler. Cannot wait to test out the new weather proof range. Can’t fault this company- love their message, their ethos & their products. Was worried Brexit would ruin things but they’ve worked around that minus customs charges & even my rewards carried over. That & my quick delivery - 5 stars all the way

I just purchased the 30 day challenge kit and I was deeply dissappointed. The cleansing products are ok-ish but I do not notice any difference. Nonetheless, the curl cream and curl gel have proven worse than the regular supermarket products: they leave my hair sticky, dry and straw-like. I read some reviews about this but I thouught "it would not happen to me"... well, it did. Sorry, not purchasing again and definitely not recommend it.

The company send me a new product after the first one purchased had an issue while being on transport. Their customer support was supper efficient and I really appreciate it

So far I’ve only had good experiences with Boucleme products. They also have good and super friendly customer service and surprisingly quick shipping! My curls seriously look better with especially the curl cream lightweight and curl gel.
