Purchased a duvet set on a recent trip to France, got home to realise there were no pillow cases included. Contacted via the website to be told they would not ship to uk. I offered to pay postage costs for 2 pillow cases that were going to cost me another €36 as it was but no one even cared, they have your money for what is actually sub standard bedding then could not care less about customer service.
I received 4 blankets as a gift. When I tried to use them lint came off them and all over my clothes and the bed. They are practically falling apart. When I sent a complaint to the company and asked to exchange them they said no. I had to contact the store directly. But they were a gift that was ordered on line and sent. The company did absolutely nothing about an extremely poor quality product.
