We have been paying for this for a while. We cancelled today as we could not locate our listing. Also, we do not believe that we were given notice prior to the renewal. Every service I subscribe to has sent a pending renewal notice.

The biggest scam on the web! After you do a purchase the guys lock you out, you can't edit, change or cancel you service. They will block you from accessing you info and will block the phone so you can talk to them.

They make it impossible to cancel, these guys block the phone number (516) 605-1880, no way to cancel.

Stay away from this scam, biggest thieves on the Net.

First of all - Don't believe the reviews on their website - they go through an "editing" process first, so I doubt anything less than 5 stars makes their website!

Despite trying to cancel annual links, the links are still active and payment has been taken again. I've tried contacting the company but have yet to hear from anyone.

First of all, I have to say that the directory has been very helpful for my website. The price is always a plus, for being on the list. My first site have been written 7 years ago, and now I prepare my second website submission. Beyond that, I would like to thank the contact team, because were always available to answer swiftly to all my questions.

Surely I will suggest the directory to all my friends, the directory.

Paid for a lifetime membership. We have previously changed our business name and domain some 8 years ago and updated the listing accordingly, and we are now changing it again due to a rebranding. They are now refusing to allow ANY changes, (even the business description!), and they have informed us, that we will have to buy another membership plan.
The lifetime membership sold to us, was for life, with as many changes we wanted to on that listing.
To change this, and apply it retrospectively is a con. We will NOT be paying for another membership.
Don't fall for their hype, they're service is a con.

I Read all the hype around this directory and thought I would give it a try………

so, I agreed to an introductory fee for the first year to have a featured listing on their pages to see how it went.

Then the trouble started.......... my card was charged the full fee instead of the agreed introductory fee and it’s been all downhill since, with emails back and forth, some ignored others admitting the system has errors and others with a promise of rectification, personally I am not impressed and my trust is wearing very thin.

It's not over yet and will update this once I reach a conclusion with the site good or bad.

My feeling Right now is I would advise steering clear of this directory and certainly do not part with any money.
