Hi Karen, sorry to hear of this.
I've chatted to the team to get to the bottom of this. When you spoke with Alex on Thursday she arranged for the wooden spoon to be sent out on a Next Day delivery service at our cost (with the shipping cost alone being around 7x the cost of the wooden spoon) so that this was resolved for you, as we don't like people to not have a great service!
As it was a Thursday afternoon when you spoke, and we don't get parcel collections on a Friday, it was dispatched yesterday for you (Monday was a bank holiday, so again, no collections).
I've tracked the parcel and it is currently on the road and due to be delivered today. Which is the fastest we could get it to you.
It's a shame you felt the products and service warranted a 1 star review, despite our efforts to resolve this for you.
However, I hope you and your grandchildren love the baking kits and the experience you all have together with these,
