I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I ordered three artificial flower arrangements for over €300, expecting high quality and careful packaging. Instead, all three bouquets arrived crammed into a small cardboard box, with no protection. Two were completely crushed, and none came in the advertised “Boutanee Box,” even though they were meant as gifts.

The Peony bouquet looked dusty and extremely artificial—nowhere near the premium quality I expected. To make matters worse, the return process was a hassle: I had to pay €7, could only do so via credit card (even though I paid with PayPal), and had to print multiple labels myself instead of using a digital option.

For the price, I expected much better service and product quality. I wouldn’t recommend this store and won’t be ordering again.

The flowers look realistic and had a nice shape. Bought a bouquet of hydrangeas + 2 extra flowers to get a real full vase/ bouquet.

I bought cool grass bouquet.
It came very fast, but it didnt have any protections so many small leaves fell off..

Eucaliptus look so fake and one white small branch looks so fake also and showing some glues..:-(
but other flowers look very high quality and look real. So hope you do some updates on certain items :)
I bought with 25% sales so i am ok with the price, but i wouldnt recommend to buy at original price with some of low the quality branches..

The flowers are beautiful! I ordered six bouquets and was thrilled with every single one of them! Whenever there was an issue, customer service was always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Beautiful flowers, the big tulip bouquet is amazing. Only the packaging is a bit cheap. I had to pick up the package at a store because at home delivery costs extra. You receive the flowers in a plain box (they said there nice packaging was out of stock) but there is no compensation for that.

Botané without doubt has the most beautiful artificial flowers in the market. Both the peonies, tulips, allium and hyndrangea look exactly like real flowers!!

Amazing service and amazing quality on flowers.

Bought the Soft Serve bouquet, some jasmin leaves and a magnolia branch and I’m very satisfied with them.
The different materials and the quality of the flowers makes them look realistic and so beautiful. On top of this the delivery was super fast!

Exquisite alternative to the real flowers.

The flowers looked really bad. I ordered the parrot tulips and they looked like they came straight from Ali express. Glue residue, weak colours, badly printed patterns (pixly). They also shipped it over a week late so I couldn’t use them to the occasion I had in mind. But I wouldn’t have used them either way honestly.

Bought some poppy flowers from Botane (11€) and from Temu (1,99€), well they are exactly the same, so Botane is Just a lot more expensive.

Great product which easily can replace regular bouquet. I can highly recommend Botané.
