I bought a hair removal product from Botane Labs as what I believed was a one-time purchase. A month later, I was charged again for a second order. I had no idea I had been signed up for a monthly subscription, as it was not clear to me at checkout. Who needs a hair removal kit every month?
I contacted them the same day the order was placed and asked them to cancel it before shipping. Their first reply ignored my request completely. After I followed up, they told me it was "too late" because the order had already been processed. They are still shipping a product I asked them not to send.
Check carefully for subscription options at checkout before buying, and check your card statement afterwards.
Also no hair was removed at all..!!!
This product from my experience is useless.

Product does not work
Product smells badly of chemicals
Product caused a severe painful reaction
Be wary of the subscription charge you may have missed, trying to cancel it is very difficult
Noted other review sites related to this product are now no longer active due to poor feedback
