If you're thinking of using them for Miele appliances don't bother.
Don't bother with this crowd if you have miele appliances.
Had this company out to look at my miele washing machine today as the LCD board has stopped working.
Literally the only reason I used them and paid the upfront £60 call out fee is because they had previously been the only local company to have the diagnostic equipment needed for this particular brand. It was only when the very pleasant engineer came out did I discover that miele no longer work with them in this way so I actually could have paid my regular chap to come out and he would have charged me twenty quid! Obviously I rang to say it would have been decent business practise to let me know the system had changed when I made the appointment. The arrogant man who is apparently the boss now was rude, shouty and pretty horrid, he seemed to think that I should have known that everything had changed! Can't say what they are like with other appliances as I only use them if I absolutely have no choice but after my delightful conversation with this chap I will never be giving them any more of our money!! The one star is purely for the nice chap that came to the house, the arrogant boss deserves a big fat zero.....
