Watched received with dead battery, issue solved very quickly

Bought the watch as a present for my partner. The watch arrived quickly but unfortunately had no live battery in it! Very disappointing. Just waiting for customer service respond.

Edit: problem solved very quickly, new way arrived few days after raising an issue. Would highly recommend.

Save your money

My ‘Boss’ watch recently required a new battery and strap link. I was quoted £50 for a waterproof repair by the manufacturer. Two weeks later I was advised the cost would be £149, since they would have to replace the glass face ‘to guarantee it was waterproof’. All this for a repair I could get on the high street for under £15 - ok, no waterproof guarantee, but £149? Really? I could buy a new watch for that! This is just another rip off ‘designer brand’ charging over-inflated prices.

Quick delivery

Quick delivery, but after ordering a watch for £279 and paying £25 to return it I am very disappointed.
The watch looks different from how it looked on the website.
