I’m very disappointed with the service
I’m very disappointed with the service. I’ve been trying to make international calls, but every time I call it says, “The user you are trying to reach is busy, even when the person is not on another call, making the service unreliable. It has been a complete waste of money. Please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Please perform the following actions:
1) Uninstall the BOSS Revolution app
2) Update your device Operating System
3) Clear your cache, cookies and browsing history
4) Reboot your device
5) Install the latest version of the BOSS Revolution app
6) Go to the app's settings, top left corner, scroll to Call Set up, then Paid Call Priority and ensure that you choose Wifi & Data not Minutes. After completing this step, please let us know if you continue to experience issues. If the issue persists please send us an email to galyn@bossrevolution.com.

I've been using boss revolution for many years and top it up from my account anytime that i needed to top up, I did. Not do any direct debit with you, to my very surprise in 2023,I was on my long leave from work and I was in Africa, your company rubbed me by taken nine pounds plus every month for more than six months, and I need my money back from your company, that was a bad repetition, and I did not even use it.i meed my money back pls.
