We always go to Boss Carpet One when looking to do home projects. They carry materials of excellent quality and have a great selection, but it's their personal touch that means the most. We recently did a partial kitchen makeover. When our Boss consultant (Joleen) came to our home, she not only heard us out but also made a couple of suggestions that we hadn't thought of. We followed her suggestions and were very pleased with the results. She and all of the Boss staff are very responsive any time we call. Joleen kept in touch with us throughout the various stages of the project. It was obvious that she was personally invested in making sure that we were satisfied customers. And we are!

Joleen really saved us with our recent re-modeling and carpet work. She helped us design the new look of our office right down to wall hangings etc. The carpet work that was done was about the best I've ever seen. She listened to many different voices and somehow pleased all of us! WELL DONE!

The response time from the sales person was not timely, as he promised. The install is scheduled out longer than expected. The install timeline was a factor in our decision of who to buy the flooring from and is longer than expected.
The price was also higher than the competition, but again, we were also interested in the timeline, which did not work out as planned.

Everyone at this company went above and beyond what one would consider good work. We literally could not have completed our project without Joleen, who was amazing with a 'we can do this attitude'. She had ideas, solutions, alternatives and a positive attitude - what a remarkable and refreshing way to approach a project.

We appreciate the opportunity we had to work with these people on a less than desirable situation. They made it relatively painless with an outstanding result.

Holly was so much help and very knowledgeable about all facets of building our new home. From the carpet, hardwood and dura ceramic we selected, she was more than happy to drag samples out to us at our new home site which was quite a distance from the store. Holly also helped me with countertops, tiling, plantation shutters and custom bound rugs. Truly a wonderful experience working with Boss Carpet One.

Joleen went over and above to make sure we got the flooring we wanted and needed...five years ago we used Boss Carpet One to put in hardwood floors on a portion of our main level. Recently we decided to complete the rest of the area and didn't hesitate at all to reach out to Carpet One to finish the work. Joleen was extra careful to make sure the product was EXACTLY the same. It looks beautiful! She and her team take tremendous pride in the work they do, like it was their own home.

I waited several years to get my new kitchen. I got my flooring, backsplash, countertops, window treatments & even the kitchen sink from Boss Carpet One. We love our heated tile floor, Cambria quartz countertops and the entire finished kitchen!

Joleen and her staff were wonderful to work with. She came to the house to get an idea of my taste and picked flooring, cabinet style, countertops, etc. that were perfect. We had a fairly large project and she was great at keeping us informed of what would be done next and when. The installation of everything is flawless.
