The worsiest "real estate agency" in DK
To all it may concern-definitely do not have any business with this whatever they claim they are. I've found the apartment rent ad at Bigportal I was interested in,sent them a message at Bigportal which noone even read for days.Tried to call them several days within 2 weeks ,left several messages but noone ever either returned my calls or wrote to me. They simply do not respond.The apartment was shown as rented out in a while.Those individuals have absolutely no respect for people. Basic politeness requests the response.I did not contact anyone in a private way.We are talking business here. And there are some certain rules in a business world one is supposed to follow.
Unprofessional,unethical,wierd behaviour. There is no excuse for such a behaviour once or ever. Nothing but shame.There's no 0 star here,unfortunately,as they do not deserve even a zero. No surprise,though,after reading the comments at Trustpilot about them. Obviously,scammers and cheaters.
