Pasta course at Battersea
Great evening at Battersea branch of Borough Kitchen. My husband and I very much enjoyed learning how to make pasta dough and turn it into ravioli, tagliatelle and tortellini. The fillings were already prepared for us to enhance and season. Cissy (?) was a great teacher, very patient and communicative. The food was delicious; the sage and brown butter sauce was lovely and so pleased we now know how to make this. Thank you for a memorable evening. Anna

You Won't Find This Anywhere Else
Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Everyone made sure I was being helped. When they understood that I didn't have damascus knife money they worked with me to find a very good set of knives, which they let me try out. That helped me decide what type of blades I should get. The staff was very knowledgeable about their products. Also, it was a beautiful store.

Great lesson with a very good teacher / chef.
The chef was great and did a fantastic job teaching us how to make ravioli and tortelloni as well as two lovely sauces. Learned a lot from her, would recommend.

Al imparted the perfect about of knowledge, not too much that it was overwhelming but enough that I’ve come away having learnt some practical, everyday skills. Would highly recommend (as a couple or solo, of which I was the latter).

Top-quality products and a really reliable place to shop. The staff are always knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I’m unsure about what to buy, I ask one of the team and they take the time to explain everything clearly, giving me all the information I need to make the right decision for myself.
They also run a fantastic hands-on cook school with a wide range of classes. The teaching is very practical, focused on real knowledge, and the food is always delicious. I’ve taken several classes already and absolutely love the experience.

Unacceptable customer service, they don’t respond to emails and use a logistics company for international shipping that causes delays and customs issues where none should exist

Looking into this, I can see that you placed an order on 12th April for delivery to Guernsey, selecting the standard shipping which takes 6-11 business days. We are sorry the order has not arrived with you yet, but we are in the time frame for the delivery option.
Our team have done their utmost to advice you, both on the phone and via email, however we are sorry if you feel this was not acceptable.
Should you need your order sooner, we do offer a faster option for an additional cost.
